Question of the week: In August will I have one kid or two??

Hailey:

Hailey is 32 weeks now! I went to the doctor yesterday and she measured 33 weeks. He says she will probably be around 7.5 pounds. Eeek! I was hoping for a little smaller. Still in the back of my head I think she could be a little smaller... I've only gained 1 pound in the last month and a half. We'll see!

I didn't know my stomach could take so many shapes! It is hilarious when my sister Rachel touches my stomach when Hailey is moving. She screams and jumps up and down and then wants Hailey to do it again. Last night at Red Lobster my mom (Nana) was talking to Hailey and touching my stomach. Hailey gave 3 big kicks right in a row where my mom was touching! Such a smart girl already!

From a website:
The Baby
She's becoming quite a big baby, your little one! She's about 16 inches long and almost 4 pounds now. Your child is so big now that the space in which she moves is very limited. She can't make any more major movements - a final turn-around before she engages, at the most. But she can still prod, push and kick. However, once she engages, she will no longer change her position. Sometimes you can feel the engagement. At that time, you will get a heavy feeling in your vagina and some women have contractions for a brief while. After the baby engages, you will have more air and space in the upper part of the uterus. The lack of pressure on your ribcage is a huge relief - you can take a deep breath for the first time in weeks!

Mom:

I am doing great. Monday was kinda icky cause Hailey was up in my ribs all day but other than that, I have felt really good. It's a little harder to bend over and get things from the floor so if my toes don't work, I call for Sean. He has been great. He cleaned the house yesterday! I generally have an okay time sleeping.. sometimes I get restless. I'm lucky that as much as Hailey moves during the day and sometimes while I'm going to sleep, she doesn't wake me up during the night. I probably wake her up with all my tossing and turning!

Hailey's Dad:

Okay so he is doing great thinking ahead at things he wants to do for Hailey and helping me around the house. He is a great provider and I know will be a wonderful Father figure. Just sometimes it seems that I'm going to have two kids now instead of one. God bless him but I've gotta share this story...

Thursday when I came home from work my husband was home along with Peter Poludniak and Daniel Warner. Peter had just finished up tile work in the master bathroom. (Yay! It's finished!!) Something was suspicious though. They were acting like they had been up to something. I didn't think about it and just put the lighter that was on the table away. (hint hint) I asked Sean why he had one of my huge metal mixing bowls out (seeing if it was dirty or not) and he didn't really come up with an answer. Then my banana was missing. The last one. The one I was going to use for Breuster's cause Thursdays are bring your own banana and get 50% off banana split. Sean doesn't like bananas but I thought "Wow! He ate one! That's great!!"

Come to find out Sean used the banana alright! TO EXPLODE IT!! He said he thought I would have rathered him use the banana than the peach. "Okay so what is the dog toy doing outside?" I asked. They tried exploding it too but it's one of the expensive Kong ones and withheld the blast. He said they took cans and whatnot too. Later I notice the mortar mix is all over the brick and on the new fence Sean just put up. They made a mortar mix cake and put an explosive in the middle of it to see what it would do. I could have told them what it would do!!
